This is the standard of service that we aim to achieve for all of our customers, and against which we monitor the quality of the service that we provide.

When we receive an enquiry we will deal with it promptly and efficiently and provide initial advice and recommendations in accordance with best professional practice. When necessary, we will undertake a preliminary visit to client premises to discuss their detailed requirements without further obligation on their part.

Prior to any work being undertaken, we will provide the client, in writing, with a description of the works to be carried out, and, either a fixed price quotation, or a clearly defined schedule of rates against which any invoice(s) will be calculated. Where services are required immediately, e.g. as a result of a fire or accident, then this may be agreed verbally.

When we receive an order its receipt will be confirmed to the client along with the arrangements and time scales for carrying out the work, and for reporting back the results of the work to the client.

All projects will be carried out employing reasonable skill, care and due diligence, within the terms of the contract, and taking into account the personnel and resources devoted to the project as per our agreement with the client.

Where, as a result of our observations or measurements, immediate remedial action is recommended, then this will be clearly communicated, verbally to the client or client representative, at the earliest opportunity.

Where we are unable to achieve an agreed reporting date, the client will be advised, as soon as is reasonably practicable, as to the reasons for the delay and the anticipated revised reporting date for delivery of the report.

On completion of the project the client will be invoiced promptly and accurately.
